Refund Policy


We offer a money-back guarantee for damaged or defective items purchased from our website. If your item was damaged or defective on delivery, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery and please send us the following info:

    2. Full-length photo of the item

    No refunds after 5 days of delivery. Please do not return the faulty item.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Partially granted refunds and the partially granted refund dollar amount is to be decided on a case by case basis.

    Any shipment that the purchaser claims have gone missing, despite the tracking shipment information saying the shipment has been delivered. We reserve the right to totally decline your request for a refund if the tracking information states "delivered". Please call your local post office to see if your product has been lost, as we do not have access to the shipment's status after it is fulfilled and shipped.

    Any item not in good condition (as deemed by us), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or reasons not due to shipping damages.

    Any item that has been shipped to the wrong address, due to the customer's fault in entering his/her correct shipping address.     Any item that was accidentally ordered multiple times, due to the customer's fault in selecting item quantity.     Customer experiences buyers remorse, change of mind or taste, or dislike of the product after receiving the item.
